Transforming 900 m² of office space in a live environment, the WA Visitors Centre now features a modern staff hub, new offices, workstations, and a boardroom, while seamlessly integrating existing timber-framed glazed partitions. The refurbishment delivers a premium, high-end finish designed to impress visitors arriving in Perth.
With a tight timeframe and staged handovers, works were carefully programmed to allow existing tenants to remain operational. MRO Property Services coordinated closely with a nominated joinery contractor, ensuring bespoke fittings were installed on time and to a defect-free standard. Despite additional post-tender requests from the client, the project was delivered without incurring extra costs, thanks to effective planning and management.
High-quality materials and finishes were used throughout, highlighting both attention to detail and functional design. Close collaboration between MRO Property Services, the client, and the superintendent ensured expectations were met, and the project ran smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
