MRO Property Services successfully delivered the Primewest Hometown Mandurah development, a vibrant retail hub featuring large showrooms and warehouse spaces for tenants including Officeworks, Rick Hart, Captain Snooze, Outdoor Furniture, Carpet Hotline, and FleetCycles.
A substantial car park was constructed to accommodate customers and staff, ensuring convenient access throughout the centre. The building’s structure combined in situ concrete footings and floor slabs, tilt-up concrete wall panels, and structural steel roof framing, providing a durable and functional foundation for the retail spaces.
External finishes included trim deck roof cladding, custom orb wall sheeting, and Exotech system wall panels, while shop front glazing created a modern, attractive street presence. Acoustic walls and ceiling tiles were installed to reduce noise levels, enhancing comfort for both customers and staff.
Inside, half-height vinyl walls, vinyl floors, and polished concrete floors were fitted throughout, complemented by textured finishes on the external panels and Exotech cladding. These materials were selected for durability and to deliver a high-quality, professional look across the development.
Despite tight time constraints driven by tenant requirements, MRO Property Services completed the project within a 50-week timeframe. Every tenancy fit out was tailored to meet the specific style requirements of the Coles Group Ltd, resulting in a cohesive, functional, and visually impressive retail centre.
