Delivered as a design-and-construct contract, the project involved the creation of two separate tenancies within a single structure: a truck workshop and a motorsport workshop, each with its own office spaces. The building was constructed using tilt panels and a structural steel roof, with mezzanine floors incorporated into both tenancies. The exterior façade was finished in durable Colorbond cladding, providing a functional and visually appealing finish.
