To create a modern open-plan environment for Curtin University staff, MRO Property Services carried out full demolition of the existing offices followed by a complete new fitout. Staff in nearby areas were temporarily relocated to maintain safety and avoid disruption. The project benefited from efficient coordination and teamwork, allowing it to be completed ahead of the planned schedule.
