The fit-out of a new orthodontics clinic was carried out within an existing commercial development. Initial works involved constructing partition walls to create the required spaces, including a reception waiting area, sterile room, consult room, x-ray room, and open practice area. Construction of the x-ray room required specialised wall linings.
Medical services, including compressed air systems, suction lines, and sterile water services, required ongoing coordination between the client, MRO Property Services, specialist trades, and the architect throughout the project.
The clinic was completed with medical-grade joinery, extensive lighting, and installation of new dental equipment, including dental chairs and sterilisers. Maintaining open communication at all stages ensured compatibility with the client’s equipment and requirements. Any unforeseen issues were promptly and professionally addressed by MRO Property Services and their subcontractors, resulting in a successful project delivered on time and to a high standard.
