MRO Property Services delivered a staged office fit-out alongside the construction of multiple transportable and storage units within an adjoining warehouse. Works were carefully planned so that existing tenants could continue their operations without disruption.
Given the sensitive nature of the tenants’ activities, strict security measures were enforced throughout the project. A dedicated team of MRO Property Services employees and subcontractors ensured controlled access and maintained high levels of site security at all times.
Despite the complexities of staging, live operations, and stringent security requirements, the project was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
